These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by S&Z Trading International Limited (referred to as "we," "our," or "us"). By engaging with our freight transport services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services Provided

We provide freight transport services including but not limited to:

  • Freight rail transport (49200)

  • Freight transport by road (49410)

  • Sea and coastal freight water transport (50200)

  • Freight air transport (51210)

2. Customer Obligations

When engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the shipment of goods.

  • Ensure that all goods are appropriately packed and labeled.

3. Fees and Payment

  • All fees for our services will be communicated prior to service commencement.

  • Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms and within the stipulated timeframe.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

4. Liability

  • We will take all reasonable steps to ensure timely and secure delivery of goods.

  • However, we are not liable for:

    • Delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions).

    • Loss or damage to goods resulting from improper packaging by the customer.

    • Indirect or consequential damages.

  • Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Insurance

Customers are responsible for arranging insurance for their goods. We recommend securing adequate insurance coverage for high-value shipments.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

  • The customer breaches any of these Terms.

  • The service becomes unfeasible due to external circumstances beyond our control.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated and will take effect immediately upon publication.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
